{Prices}

All fees are due at the time of the session. Prices are subject to change with out notice.

Deposit: A deposit is due at the time of booking. Weddings require 50% deposit. All other photography sessions require a $30 deposit. All deposits are non-refundable. The deposit will go towards your session. (ie – $30 deposit, only have to pay $60 at time of portrait session).

{Standard Session Options}

Standard Session – $90
(families, engagements, maternity, children, graduation)

All sessions include our talent and time for 60 minutes at 1-2 locations of your choice. We include a CD with high resolution images (around 15 edited images) and a grant of authority allowing you to reproduce your own prints. We feel this is a special offer since most professional photographers do not give away digital files. Having the digital images will give you the ability to choose your own printing preference that will fit in your price range, and allow you to order as many prints as you desire. Online viewing is available to share images with friends and family. If you want additional images on your CD it is $20 per 5 images, and $30 per 10 images.

Newborns – $100
Up to 2 hours at location, as well as 20 edited images on a CD with online viewing to share the pictures of your new little one with family and friends.

Extended Family pictures – $150 (plus an additional $50 per individual family)

We charge $150 for the standard big group session, main family session, kids session, and grandchildren session. If the individual families (children’s families) would like to get their own family pictures taken (aside from the main group) they can purchase that for an additional $50. The $150 session fee includes 25 edited images on a CD. If the individual families choose to take their pictures at this time for the additional $50, they receive an additional 10 edits. You are welcome to purchase additional images on the CD if you would like as well. (5 images for $20)

{Wedding Investment}:

All Day Wedding Coverage: $1600
- Includes All Day Wedding Coverage
- 1 – 2 photographers, unlimited shoot locations
- $100 print credit
- Customized DVD case for DVD image files
- 3-4 DVDs with digital wedding image files. {Two of these DVDs will include all images from your day, enhanced (color corrected/lightened) but otherwise unedited. This is a unique offer since a lot of photographers don’t give you the option to have all the digital files from your wedding. The third DVD will contain approximately 80 edited images with multiple edit options (black and white, antique, etc.)
- Images come with a grant of authority giving permission to reproduce images however you would like (prints, albums, web, etc.) We highly recommend all prints larger than an 8×10 be printed through a professional lab, either of your own choice or through us.
- Access to an online gallery to share pictures with family and friends while you wait for the images to be completed and sent to you.

Wedding Collection 1: $1150
- Up to 6 hours of photography coverage
- Multiple locations (2-3)
- $50 print credit
- 2-3 DVDs with digital files {1 DVD with all images from wedding (enhanced but not edited). Second DVD will have at least 60 edited files on there.}
- Grant of Authority to reproduce prints
- Customized DVD case for your DVD files
- Online Viewing

Wedding Collection 2: $900
- Up to 4 hours of photography coverage
- Multiple locations (2-3)
- 2 DVDs with digital files {1 DVD with all images from wedding (enhanced but not edited). Second DVD will have at least 45 edited files on there.}
- Grant of Authority to reproduce prints
- Online Viewing
- Customized DVD case for DVD files

Wedding Collection 3: $600
- Includes 2 hours of photography coverage
- 1-2 wedding locations (as long as fits in 2 hour window)
- 2 DVDs with digital files {1 DVD with all images from session (unedited), other with 20 edited files}
- For additional coverage can pay per hour ($300) for an additional 10 edited files and the rest unedited – or upgrade to another wedding collection.

Bridals {With or With out Groom}: $400
- Up to 60-90 minutes of photography coverage
- 1 – 2 locations
- Unlimited wardrobe changes
- Must be scheduled on a separate date than your wedding to qualify
- Minimum $25 print order (through our professional printer)
- Grant of Authority to reproduce prints
- DVD with 30 edited files

(Note: Edited images are chosen by the photographers and are typically couple shots of the bride and groom. If you have special requests for edited images (one of bride and father dance, etc.) please specify at time of booking so we can be aware for the editing process. All edited images are chosen because we, the photographers, feel the chosen images best represent our work and showcase the types of pictures you hired us to shoot.)

Wedding Deposit:
A 50% holding deposit is required at the time of booking a wedding session. The remaining balance is due 1 week (or 7 days) before your wedding date. We will send out a reminder to you at the beginning of the month. If other arrangements need to be made, please make us aware of this in advance. The deposit is non refundable.

Traveling Fee:
We don’t mind traveling, but if the wedding is further than an hour away from our home in Rexburg, Idaho, a traveling fee will be instigated. Fees are based on the amount of traveling, gas, and if room/board is needed. Email us and we will give you an estimate.

Digital Files: Can purchase additional edited files (10) for $50 after pay initial session price.

{Current Specials}
New: Free Engagement or Bridals if Book a Wedding in April, May or June 2011
We are offering free engagement and bridal sessions for any couples who book an April, May or June wedding with us. Engagement and bridal sessions are 60-90 minutes long, unlimited locations, unlimited wardrobe changes, and include 30 edited images on a DVD with grant of authority to reproduce prints. No print fee included.

Referrals Program:
We love getting referrals from past clients! To thank you for recommending us we want to give you a $35 gift card. Yes, you heard us right! You can use this gift card on whatever you would like – order prints from your last session, add it to your next session fee, or even give it to a family or friend as a gift. Gift cards will be available once referral session is booked and paid. Referrals will need to specify at the time of booking who they were referred by. Once referral’s session fee is paid for in full we will send out the gift card.

Returning Customers:
The best compliment we can receive is to have returning clients. Returning customers will receive 25% off their portrait sessions. Customers that hire us for their wedding receive a $50 print credit that they can put towards prints, albums, etc.

Book With a Friend –
Receive a $20 credit (for either prints or your session fee) when you book a standard photo session with a friend. {If using the credit for your session, half of session fee will be due at time of session, the other half upon pickup} Each group will receive the $20 credit.

These promotions can be used together with standard session booking.

{Session Info}

We do our best to get them done soon, but expect three weeks for editing/prints to be completed (Four for weddings). If you need it sooner (2-3 days), a $30.00 rush fee will be added.

Your CD will be available to pick up from our home/office or can be sent to your home address (with an added $5 to session fee) at the end of the three weeks. If you need prints to be drop shipped (shipped to your address instead of ours) there is a $15 shipping fee.

We are willing to travel to a location of your choice. However, additional fees may apply for standard sessions that require travel beyond 30 miles, or 60 miles for weddings. Please ask if you would like location suggestions or if you liked any certain backdrops from any of our portfolio work.

Please, feel free to share any images we post on our blog or facebook with friends and family. We also offer online proofing for up to three weeks, and you are more than welcome to share that link with friends and family as well.
