{Wedding Special Guidelines}:

* Couple MUST be getting married in April, May, or June to receive this special.

* All wedding photography coverage remains the same investment price as mentioned in our pricing information. (I will include the pricing information below for quick reference)

* Couple must deliver a deposit for their wedding coverage before free engagement or bridal session. Deposits are due when you book your wedding session. Deposit price is 50% of wedding coverage price, and will not reflect the free bridals or engagement session prices. {Deposits are non-refundable}

* All weddings will be scheduled on a first come first serve basis.

* To be fair to all our clients, this special is only available for new inquiries

*The wedding can be taken at any location of your choice. However, travel fees will apply for any location more than 60 miles away. All travel expenses must be paid by the couple.

* Bridal sessions can include groom, and must be done on a date other than your wedding.

* All past clients who refer a client who books a wedding with us (regardless of calendar date) will receive a $35 gift certificate. {See details under “specials” with the pricing tab}

* Post a link to this special on your blog or on facebook and get an additional $10 towards your gift certificate for every client we get who mentions your link.

Below are some highlights of various weddings we have shot so you can see some quick examples of our wedding portfolio. {Wedding Investment}:

All Day Wedding Coverage: $1600

-        Includes All Day Wedding Coverage

-        2 photographers {for even more photography coverage on your special day}

-        Unlimited shoot locations on wedding day {Getting ready, Wedding, couple shots, candids, luncheon, reception, bridals}

-        $100 print credit

-        Customized DVD case for DVD image files

-        3-4 DVDs with digital wedding image files. {Two of these DVDs will include all images from your day, enhanced (color corrected/lightened) but otherwise unedited. This is a unique offer since a lot of photographers don’t give you the option to have all the digital files from your wedding. The third DVD will contain approximately 80 edited images with multiple edit options (black and white, antique, etc.)

-        Images come with a grant of authority giving permission to reproduce images however you would like (prints, albums, web, etc.) We highly recommend all prints larger than an 8×10 be printed through a professional lab, either of your own choice or through us.

-        Access to an online gallery to share pictures with family and friends while you wait for the images to be completed and sent to you.

Wedding Collection 1: $1100

- Up to 6 hours of photography coverage

-        Multiple locations {Usually covers wedding, couple shots, and most of reception coverage}

-        $50 print credit

-        2-3 DVDs with digital files {1 DVD with all images from wedding (enhanced but not edited). Second DVD will have at least 60 edited files on there.}

-        Grant of Authority to reproduce prints

-        Customized DVD case for your DVD files

-        Online Viewing

Wedding Collection 2: $850

-        Up to 4 hours of photography coverage

-        Multiple locations {Usually covers wedding and couple shots, and a short period of luncheon or reception}

-        2 DVDs with digital files {1 DVD with all images from wedding (enhanced but not edited). Second DVD will have at least 45 edited files on there.}

-        Grant of Authority to reproduce prints

-        Online Viewing

-        Customized DVD case for DVD files

Wedding Collection 3: $500

-        Includes 2 hours of photography coverage. {Since there is only a minimal amount of time to get these wedding shots done we spend a minimal amount of time on family/candid shots, and spend the majority of the time on couple shots on your wedding day}

-        2 DVDs with digital files {1 DVD with all images from session (unedited), other with 20 edited files}

-        For additional coverage can pay per hour ($275) for an additional 10 edited files and the rest unedited – or upgrade to another wedding collection.

Bridals {With or With out Groom}: $300

-        Up to 60-90 minutes of photography coverage

-        1 – 2 locations

-        Unlimited wardrobe changes

-        Must be scheduled on a separate date than your wedding to qualify

-        Minimum $25 print order (through our professional printer)

-        Grant of Authority to reproduce prints

-        DVD with 25-30 edited files

(Note: Edited images are chosen by the photographers and are typically couple shots of the bride and groom. If you have special requests for edited images (one of bride and father dance, etc.) please specify at time of booking so we can be aware for the editing process. All edited images are chosen because we, the photographers, feel the chosen images best represent our work and showcase the types of pictures you hired us to shoot.)

Wedding Deposit:

A 50% holding deposit is required at the time of booking a wedding session. The remaining balance is due 1 week (or 7 days) before your wedding date. We will send out a reminder to you at the beginning of the month. If other arrangements need to be made, please make us aware of this in advance.

Traveling Fee:

We don’t mind traveling, but if the wedding is further than an hour away from our home in Rexburg, Idaho, a traveling fee will be instigated. Fees are based on the amount of traveling, gas, and if room/board is needed. Email us and we will give you an estimate.

Digital Files: Can purchase additional edited files (10) for $50 after pay initial session price.

Invitation and announcement options are available upon request.

Referrals Program -
We love getting referrals from past clients! To thank you for recommending us we want to give you a $35 gift card. Yes, you heard us right! You can use this gift card on whatever you would like – order prints from your last session, add it to your next session fee, or even give it to a family or friend as a gift. Gift cards will be available once referral session is booked and paid. Referrals will need to specify at the time of booking who they were referred by. Once referral’s session fee is paid for in full we will send out the gift card.

Returning Customers –
The best compliment we can receive is to have returning clients. Returning customers will receive 25% off their portrait sessions. Customers that hire us for their wedding receive a $50 print credit that they can put towards prints, albums, etc.

Kendra & Doug!

Congratulations you two! Kendra and Doug are getting the grand prize! An hour long photo shoot, with 15 edited images on a CD with permission to reproduce the prints however they like, and a free 5×7 image to have in their home. A big congratulations to them! They definitely deserved it!

Salena and Mitch

Mitch and I met here at BYUI and became interested in each other over a dice game. We’re both very competitive! We dated for 7 months before getting engaged and were married 4 months after that. We have never had a “real” photo shoot, and its a bit of a touchy subject. When we got married almost two years ago we had engagement pictures taken by his aunt for free, saving money for the big day. This ended up being a disaster.. our photographer showed up late to the wedding and her cameras battery was dead, so she took a handful of pictures with a cheap digital camera and didn’t act like it was a big deal. So Mitch promised for our one year anniversary we would get all dressed up and get our photos taken. But when our anniversary rolled around we were pinching pennies and a photoshoot was out of the question. And now, 9 months later, we have a beautiful baby girl, who rightfully so, is getting all the cameras attention! Although our baby girl is our world and her daddy is completely wrapped around her little finger, it would be nice to finally have some nice pictures taken of just the Mr. and Mrs.!

Kendra and Doug

I would love love love for you two to take pictures of Doug and I. The only pictures we have of the two of us are either our engagement pictures or our wedding pictures and we’ll be married for 2 years in December, so I’m thinking it’s time for some new ones. Doug and I actually met through my roommates (Tommi & Kendra) They were up here at BYU-I before I got here. Doug was in one of Kendra’s classes. When I got here, Doug was already really good friends with all my roommates. He’d come over all the time and hang out. At first, I didn’t like him. I liked this canadian, and I would talk about this other guy all the time (even in front of Doug), not knowing that Doug had a crush on me. Finally though, I figured out that Doug is perfect and we started dating and now we’re living happily forever & after.

This contest is available for anyone who is in the Rexburg area. The session needs to be scheduled for the month of October to qualify. You can be engaged or married. If you know of a couple who could really benefit from a free photo session we do welcome nominations.

HOW TO ENTER:

1. We want to hear your story! Tell us, in 300 words or less, how the two of you met or how he proposed. It also wouldn’t hurt to include why you want the free photo shoot and a picture of the two of you. Email us directly at mr.rognon@rognonphotography.com and use the subject line “free photoshoot” and your names (i.e.-free photoshoot: James and Michelle). This will help us keep track of contestants so you are included in the giveaway.
